Submit A Video Program

Any resident of Alameda County can submit a video program to play on our public access 通道. 

Programs do not have to be produced using our equipment but must be a resident of Alameda County. 

Residents of Hayward and Fremont, CA only can submit a program to be aired on our 渠道. This also applies to the renting and use of our facilities and equipment.
